The Port of Rosedale offers two industrial parks
for development. The Port Commission offers over seventy (70) acres
of hydraulic fill (100 year flood-free) acres adjacent to the navigable
channel, as well as several hundred acres of natural elevation land
adjacent to the channel. In addition, approximately fifty (50) acres
of land on the land side of the Mississippi River Levee System adjacent
to Mississippi Highway 1 is available.
The Economic Development District (EDD) offers approximately
two hundred (200) plus acres in the Rosedale Industrial Park adjoining
Mississippi Highways 1 and 8. The Rosedale Industrial Park has the
same infrastructure as the Port (Note: Industrial
Park's specification sheet).
